                      We are holding an ON-CAMPUS recruitment drive for SATYAM -TECH on 8 March 2014 for our present final year batch.The details are below.

Qualifications: 

1. Pursuing a BE/ B.tech/ DD degree in CS, IT, EC, EE, & MCA.

2. Ability to solve complex problems and write automation systems and device drivers

3. Ability to author test plans and cases, conduct security and stress tests, and debug at source level after identifying, investigating, and prioritizing bugs

4. Demonstrated skills in negotiation and conflict management

5. He/she should have a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent scores) in10th & 12th and minimum of 65% in B.tech.

DESIRED PROFILE: Position Name: Software Trainee 

Selected Candidate will be required to undergo a training of Six Months duration upon successful completion of the training and performance parameters and their degree in the scheduled time period; they will be regularized as permanent employee.

On successful completion of the training and degree, the candidate will be hired as Software Engineer Trainee on the roles of the company with the remuneration specified above.

What Energy candidate should have? 

1. Knowledge of networking, computing environment concepts, principles of server Programming, routing

2. Analytical skills.

3. Fluency in C++, C#, PHP/CMS TOOLS/FRAMEWORK/CSS/HTML/PHONE GAP/XML, UDDI, ODBC, WSDL, JDBC, SQL, SOAP, J2EE, Java.

4. Knowledge Linux/Unix platforms.

5. Indentify tasks that require automation.

6. Liaison with lead programmers and technical managers

7. Ability to provide training and technical support.

8. Knowledge of data structures and computer languages.

9. Knowledge of security and encryption.

10. Understanding of flow charting and computer logic.

11. Knowledge of communication protocol and hardware platforms.

12. Ability to communicate software related information effectively to non-technical employees.

Salary and Benefits: 

Salary would be 1.8L – 2.4 after performance parameters. Salary compensation excludes bonus and incentives.
